"I should report that I had an appointment yesterday with a non-surgical orthopedic doctor to look at my right shoulder. The good news is my right shoulder is essentially healthy in all respects—ligaments are all in the right place, no arthritis, no abnormal joint motion, good strength. His conclusion, based upon my symptoms, is most likely a torn labrum (not visible with the ultrasound). More importantly, I reported to him that over the past two months, with the introduction of the Qigong stretching and movement, the shoulder pain has been decreasing—especially during sleep—and I can now sleep on that shoulder for short periods of time. YES!!!! This is a testament to this work."
