☯️DAOIST NEIGONG - CULTIVATE LIFE PRACTICE☯️

  • 169 Park Laughton Rd. (Michael's Place) Dummerston, VT (map)

Daoist Neigong is an ancient practice that utilizes the bodies innate healing intelligence through slow, natural movement, a relaxed breath and the consciousness of the present moment. When we are able to cultivate these three aspects of our being we awaken our true nature - Zheng - Upright, Song - Relaxed, Jing - Tranquil and Kong - Emptiness.

Happiness and health naturally occur from deep within our heart. This practice comes from the Hua Shan Daoist Lineage - Grand Master Hu YaoZhen. It has long been regarded as an ancient secret to living a long, healthy, & happy life.
